East Mesa Christian Academy is a ministry of East Mesa Baptist Church. In 2023, Pastor Kent McBay became the pastor of East Mesa Baptist Church and saw a need for a K-12 Christian school. The 2024-2025 school year was the first year of East Mesa Christian Academy.
The purpose of East Mesa Christian Academy is to educate and train the whole student: spiritually, intellectually, physically, and socially.
EMCA uses the Abeka Master Video Program exclusively for K4 through 12th grade.
Because East Mesa Christian Academy is a ministry of East Mesa Baptist Church, EMCA is under the authority of the church, its leadership, and its membership.
